WHAT IF TRAINING WAS EXCITING, INSPIRING, MODERN, FUN, ENGAGING, USEFUL, AND RELEVANT?

How about freeing ourselves of the administrative rigidness and the repetitiveness: one trainer, one room, some trainees… where the effectiveness cannot be measured?

What about focussing on our objectives? Training to develop skills that allow us to practice an occupation; training for results, and not just to meet a company spending objectives or to achieve larger trainee groups for the training institutions

What if training costs were too high? What if we could train more people, and better, for the same cost, or even less?
